A restoration constant F (N/mm) is expressed by the product E×d of a lateral-direction tensile elastic modulus E (MPa) in a tensile range of 0 to 2% and the film thickness d (mm) of the label. The restoration constant F of the thermal shrinking label 9 measured at a tensile speed of 1 mm/minute at a temperature of 37°C is within the range of F>1150-4000t (t is the average thickness of the body part of the container).
