Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject film for packing sanitary articles, etc., having excellent high-speed moldability and automatically packing and packaging suitability, comprising a composition composed of an ethylene.α-olefin copolymer having a specific melt tension and a polyethylene obtained by high-pressure radical method.
CONSTITUTION: A composition composed of (A) an ethylene.α-olefin copolymer having a specific 0.1 to <3g melt tension(MT) and (B) a polyethylene obtained by high-pressure radical method, having 3-13 g MT is made into a film by an extruder equipped with a T die at 230°C to give the objective polyethylene film for automatic packing and packaging having excellent high-speed moldability, properties of formula I [(a) is MT (g) of the component A; (b) is MT (g) of the component B; XB is 100B/(A+B) (wt.%)] and load Y (g) at 10% deformation in a range of formula II and having a blending composition of the mixed amount XB of the component B in a range satisfying formula III and the mixed amount XA of the component A in a range satisfying formula IV [ XA is 100A/(A+B) (wt.%)].
