Abstract:
PURPOSE: To solve such problems that the wire harness in an automobile becomes complicated as the number of branches increases, that the diameter of the base harness increases adding weight, and that the kinds of wire harnesses are diversified making the production and layout difficult.
CONSTITUTION: One end of a branch wire 2 is connected to a connecting wire 3 arranged in an insulating sheet 1 to form a branch connection sheet C (C1-C5). A plurality of branch connection sheets C are connected with base wires 8 connecting to the connecting wires 3 to compose a wire harness W. The branch connection sheets C are divided into a standard branch connection sheet C and an optional standard standard branch connection sheet C, and the combination of these sheets can accommodate for diversification of wire harnesses.
