To provide a film based on polyethylene simultaneously satisfying sliding properties and anti blocking properties while retaining characteristics of a low density polyethylene such as impact resistance, pinhole resistance, low temperature heat-sealing properties, low odor properties and heat resistance obtained by a homogeneous catalyst system, and products obtained by using the polyethylene film and a resin composition capable of easily manufacturing the film.

The film having a 45°C gloss in a specific range is obtained by using a copolymer of ethylene and an α-olefin having a constant range of the number of carbon atoms having a melt flow rate in a constant range, density in a constant range, molecular weight distribution in a specific range, coefficient of variation of compositional distribution in a specific range, and the invention includes a product obtained by using the film, and a polyethylene based resin composition including the copolymer of ethylene and the α-olefin and an ethylene based polymer having a density in a constant range.
