Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide coating material which has a high solid content concentration and low viscosity and is capable of forming a polyimide resin excellent in mechanical characteristics and insulation characteristics even when heated at a high temperature.SOLUTION: The polyimide coating material contains: a polyimide precursor which is obtained by reacting an acid anhydride component, a diamine component, and a terminal blocking agent, has a polyimide precursor repeating unit in the molecular chain, and has a terminal structure obtained by modifying the acid anhydride component with the terminal blocking agent and represented by formula (2) at one end or both ends of the molecular chain; and a polyimide precursor which is obtained by reacting an acid anhydride component and a diamine component, has amino groups at both ends of the molecular chain, and is represented by formula (3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
