Abstract:
To provide a polymer compound which can give mobility of high charge when used for an organic transistor.
A polymer compound in a suitable embodiment has a repeating unit expressed by general formula (1) (wherein, R1 is an alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, aryl, aryloxy, arylthio, arylalkyl, arylalkoxy, arylalkylthio, substituted silyl, substituted carboxyl, monovalent heterocyclic, cyano group or a fluorine atom, provided that a plurality of R1s may be the same or different; and l is an integer of 2-8).
