To provide a polymer compound useful for manufacturing a light-emitting element excellent in luminance life.SOLUTION: The polymer compound contains two or more kinds of constituent units represented by formula (0-1). [In the formula, a represents an integer of 0-6; R1 represents an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkoxy group, a cycloalkoxy group, an aryl group, an aryloxy group, a monovalent heterocyclic group, a substituted amino group or a halogen atom, provided that these groups may have a substituent; when there are a plurality of R1's, they may be the same or different; R0 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkoxy group, a cycloalkoxy group, an aryl group, an aryloxy group, a monovalent heterocyclic group, a substituted amino group or a halogen atom, provided that these groups may have a substituent; a plurality of R0's may be the same or different; and at least one of R0's represents an aryl group having a specific structure.]SELECTED DRAWING: None
