Title:
POLYMER MIXTURE CONSISTING OF IMPACT-MODIFIED POLY(METH)ACRYLATE AND FLUOROPOLYMER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012052139
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a molding body having a material thickness of at least 150 μm, which does not exhibit embrittlement at all or exhibits very low embrittlement if any, after prolonged thermal load.

The molding body contains a polymer mixture composed of: impact-modified poly(meth)acrylate-plastic, consisting of a poly(meth)acrylate-matrix and elastomer particles distributed therein; and a fluoropolymer. The fraction of the fluoropolymer in the mixture is 30 to 95 mass%, and the mixture is composed of the plastic with a material thickness of at least 150 μm present in an outer layer with a continuous material thickness of at least 10 μm. Then, the impact-modified poly(meth)acrylate-plastic consists of: 20 to 70 mass% poly(meth)acrylate-matrix; and 80 to 30 mass% elastomer particles.
