Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition which can be polymerized and molded in a short time by photopolymerization, and an optical part obtained by curing the polymerizable composition has high refractive index and Abbe number, and also has good thermal characteristics and mechanical characteristics (e.g. impact strength).
SOLUTION: In a polymerizable composition containing essentially (a) a polymerizable compound and (b) a polymerization initiator, this polymerizable composition is characteristized by comprizing (a-1) an acrylate compound represented by formula (1) and (a-2) an acrylate compound represented by formula (2) as each the polymerizable compound.
