To obtain a new polymerizable resin composition which comprises a polymer and a polymerizazble monomer and gives a cured polymer having sufficient water resistance, hot water resistance, heat resistance and weather resistance and further having excellent impact resistance, flexibility, extensibility and processability due to the decrease of a crustaceous property.
