To provide 3-(4-amino-1-oxo-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-yl)piperidine-2,6-dione excellent in solubility, stability, fluidity, handleability and compressibility, and safety of a medicament containing the same, and efficacy, etc.
The 3-(4-amino-1-oxo-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-yl)piperidine-2,6-dione having a polymorphic phase system, a composition containing the polymorphic phase, and a method for producing the polymorphic phase. Besides, methods for using the above compound and composition for treating diseases including inflammatory ones, autoimmune ones and cancer, although not limited thereto, and these diseases' conditions, are also provided.
