Abstract:
To provide a polytitanoxane having excellent optical properties such as a high refractive index and a high transmittance, and a resin composition comprising the polytitanoxane and having excellent imprintability.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a polytitanoxane that results from a polycondensation to occur between, substantially in the absence of water, (A) an organic compound having one or more functional group(s) selected from a hydroxy group, a thiol group and a carboxyl group, the number of the functional group(s) being two or more, and (B) titanium alkoxide or a hydrolytic partial condensate thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
