To provide a plated steel sheet for enameling in which a low-carbon Al-killed steel sheet, high-oxygen steel sheet, Ti-added steel sheet, Nb-added steel sheet or B-added steel sheet can be used and excellent workability can be provided and by which a porcelain-enamel layer having excellent adhesion on enamel and free from black speck defect can be obtained by direct-on one coating of a glaze for cover coat and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet and also to provide an enameled product and its manufacturing method.
An Fe-Mo alloy plating is applied to the low-carbon Al-killed steel sheet, high-oxygen steel sheet, Ti-added steel sheet, Nb-added steel sheet, Ti-Nb-added steel sheet or B-added steel sheet each having specific components in a specific proportion. Subsequently, heat treatment is carried out to produce the enameling steel sheet in which the amounts of Mo and Fe existing at the surface of the steel sheet are regulated to values within prescribed ranges, respectively. The steel sheet is glazed and fired.
