To provide a plated steel sheet for enameling in which a low-carbon Al-killed steel sheet, a high-oxygen steel sheet, a Ti-added steel sheet, an Nb-added steel sheet or a B-added steel sheet can be used and by which excellent workability can be obtained and also a enamel layer having excellent adhesion of enamel and free from black speck defects can be obtained by direct-on coating of a glaze as a cover coat, its manufacturing method, an enameled product and its manufacturing method.
Co-Mo alloy plating is applied to the low-carbon Al-killed steel sheet, the high-oxygen steel sheet, the Ti-added steel sheet, the Nb-added steel sheet, a Ti-Nb-added steel sheet or the B-added steel sheet each having specific components in a specific proportion. Subsequently, heat treatment is carried out to produce the steel sheet for enameling in which the amounts of Co, Mo and Fe existing at the surface of the steel sheet are regulated to values within prescribed ranges, respectively. Then the steel sheet is glazed and fired.
