To provide a solid lubricating agent that exhibits excellent lubricating oil-holding power, suppresses the exuded amount of the lubricating oil to the necessary minimum even when deformed by external force and is manufacturable inexpensively.
The porous solid lubricating agent is obtained by calcining a mixture comprising at least a resin and a lubricating agent, where a sintered compact of the resin is impregnated with the lubricating agent and the compounded ratio of the lubricating agent is 10-150 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin. The resin is a thermoplastic elastomer. The resin is a resin pellet having a side of 1 mm or less and has an aspect ratio of at least 2. The manufacturing method of the porous solid lubricating agent comprises a mixing step for mixing at least the resin with the lubricating agent to obtain the mixture and a calcining step for calcining the resultant mixture.
