Abstract:
PURPOSE: To regulate an ejector so as not to generate a time delay and at a high accuracy when the suction capacity is changed.
CONSTITUTION: An ejector is composed of a nozzle 2, a suction chamber 6, and a diffuser 8. In the nozzle 2, plural pores 3 are formed to penetrate it. Grooves 9 in inclined forms are provided in the outer peripheral directions of the pores 3. The width of the grooves 9 is made larger than the diameter of the pores 3. In the grooves 9, spheres 10 made of a magnetic substance are set in a free condition. Electromagnets 12 are installed respectively on the further outer peripheries of the grooves 9 and the spheres 10. By exciting or unexciting the electromagnets 12, the spheresd 10 are attracted or made in a free condition, so as to make the pores 3 in a fully opened condition, or in a fully closed condition.
