Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a port cover mounted in a port communicating an air introduction duct with a combustion chamber and a high pressure operation combustor equipped with it to prevent the combustion chamber and a nozzle following it from being broken by the port cover discharged from the port.
SOLUTION: This port cover 1 mounted in the port 11 communicating the air introduction duct 9 with the combustion chamber 3 has a projecting shape from an air introduction duct 9 side toward a combustion chamber 3 side, and a detonating fuse 12 is mounted on its surface. The port cover 1 is crushed to pieces by explosion when opening the port 11, and its downstream side is smoothly discharged to the outside without being damaged by the port cover.
