Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powder molded product of high density having an almost spherical shape, good in flowability, excellent in moldability and having a large powder mutual contact area.
SOLUTION: In this treatment method of ground sludge, the ground sludge 1 discharged in a grinding process of a metal, ceramics or a polymer is successively subjected to solvent washing 2, drying treatment 3 and redissolving treatment 4 to be controlled in shape and the shape-controlled sludge is subjected to fractionation treatment 6 by magnetic separation, flotation or a sieve to separate an abrasive material to recover a recyclable powder.
