Abstract:
A portable machine health monitoring system (1), applied for diagnosing a machine (100) in operation, includes an installation device (3) and a portable monitoring box (2). The installation device (3) includes a plurality of sensing assemblies (31) and a plurality of connecting assemblies (32). Each of the plurality of sensing assemblies (31) is connected with the corresponding connecting assembly (32). Each of the plurality of connecting assemblies (32) mounts the corresponding sensing assembly (31) in a nondestructive manner onto a detected position (P) on the machine (100). Each of the plurality of sensing assemblies (31) is used for detecting a motion signal (S) at the corresponding detected position (P) on the machine (100) in operation. The portable monitoring box (2), connected with the installation device (3), includes an analysis module (21) for receiving the motion signal (S) and further for calculating a health status information according to the detected motion signal (S).
