Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable building which eliminates an adverse effect, caused by rain, snow or wind, by covering a roof section and an outer periphery with a sheet, which enables the performance of work on a landfill site and other work for preventing scattering of dust, while sequentially moving to the vast landfill site or a workplace and preventing the scattering of the dust from landfill, and which brings about the performance of economical and efficient construction work on the landfill site.
SOLUTION: In a land improvement method for the landfill site and the portable building for all-weather work, the portable building comprises a pair of platforms (2), a support (3), a traveling device (31) which is provided on the undersurface of each platform (2), and the sheet (5) which is stretched all over surfaces; a carrier vehicle and heavy equipment for civil engineering work can enter/exit from the building, the whole surfaces of which are covered with the sheet; the landfill and the dust are prevented from being scattered outward; the landfill is sequentially dug up without being affected by rainy weather; combustible refuse is recovered; landfill capacity is newly created; and the reuse of the landfill site for city refuse and the like and the other work for preventing the scattering of the dust are made effective.
