Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional bookrest is too heavy and bulky to carry and does not have a practical structure, therefore it does not meet a bookman's demand.SOLUTION: According to claim 1, a bookrest includes three U-shaped steel materials 1 (A, B, C), and steel material fastening screws 2 are provided on each end of them, which allows the steel materials to be formed three-dimensionally. The bookrest is also a folding-type portable bookrest, on the front of the three-dimensional structure of which a book can rest. In addition, according to claim 2, a twisted coil spring 3 is attached to the bottom part of the steel material 1 C, and therefore pages of the book are held on the bookrest by the force of a spring which branches into the right and the left, and the pages of the book are held on the bookrest in the state that two pages are spread on the bookrest.
