To provide a portable cardiac massage device for performing effective cardiac massage from a position away from a patient even to the patient being carried by a stretcher, on a soft bed or by a helicopter or the like by preventing force pressurizing a chest wall for the cardiac massage from being exerted to a floor surface that the patient lies down.
This device is provided with a tightening belt device 1 which has one fastener constituting body 13a of a hook-and-loop fastener 13 on both end parts and which is to be wound around the chest wall A of the patient and mounted, an accordion type balloon 3 for pressing the chest wall fixed to the lower surface of a chest wall front plate 2 constituted of a hard planar material provided with the other fastener constituting body 13b on an upper surface, a bellows 4 for air supply connected to the balloon 3 by a flexible air supply pipe 42 and a bellows operator 5 for fixing and mounting the bellows 4, opening and closing two operation rods 51 and 52 and expanding and contracting the bellows 4. The bottom area of the balloon 3 is made wider than the contact area of the carpus part of a person.
