To provide a portable chair for sitting straight, which is convenient for portable use by easily folding it, simply developing it into a using state, and reducing its weight and size, whose height can be adjusted corresponding to the bodily shape of a user, and which can be mass produced.
The portable chair for sitting straight, which consists of a seat plate for placing buttocks and legs supporting both of the ends of the seat plate in the shape of V is provided. In the seat plate, a pair of divided seat plates 1 are engaged by male and female engaging parts 6 and 5, and a shaft fitting part 7 is provided on the rear surface of the external end of both of the divided seat plates 1. The legs consist of: a pair of support legs 3 where the lower ends are engaged turnably with each other by male and female engaging parts 17 and 18 in the shape of V; and a pair of adjusting legs 2 which is engaged with each support leg 3 in a state where vertical positioning is possible and where shafts 13 fitting to the shaft fitting parts 7 of the dividing seat plates 1 are provided at respective upper ends. In addition, a pair of the divided seat plates 1, a pair of the adjusting legs 2 and a pair of the support legs 3 are suitable for mass production, and respectively the same products are provided.
