To prevent cool air inside a cooler from escaping to an outside by providing an inner cover for stopping-up the upper surface opening part of the cooler in a cooler box and also attaching a mirror on the inner surface of an outer cover.
A tray for containing the articles, etc., of a cosmetic is made to be housable inside the cooler 7 which is covered by a heat insulating material 6 in side the portable cooler box 1 and also the inner cover 9 is made to be attachable so as to stop-up the upper surface opening part of the cooler 7. Then, the outer cover 3 being openable/closable is provided in the upper part of t cooler box 1, the mirror 4 is fitted on the inner surface of the outer cover 3 and the mirror 4 is used in a state where the outer cover 3 is opened. Thus, the upper opening of the cooler 7 is covered by the inner cover 9 so that cool air inside the cooler 7 does not escape to the outside. Therefore, the occurrence of dew condensation is prevented in the cooler 7.
