To solve the problem that a conventional box type deodorization machine for shoes using ultraviolet (UV) light is not carried around and deodorization cannot be performed when away from home, a portable deodorization machine using a UV lamp requires much power consumption, and a deodorization machine using an LED is large and is not suitable for carrying.

One LED is used for a UV light source. An LED cover is worked so as to perform the concentration and diffusion of the UV light in an optional direction. A triple A battery is used for the power source and an USB terminal is used for charging. The battery is removable. The portable deodorization machine is used by exchanging the triple A battery being easily available even in the place where no charger is available or even when there is no power left in the battery.
