When the voltage supplied from a battery 20 is made lower than a minimum operation guarantee voltage, a boosting circuit 16 is set to the normally operating state by a boosting circuit control means (main control circuit 8). The supply voltage from the battery 20 is raised by the boosting circuit 16 in a prescribed operation mode, and the boosting circuit 16 is set to the standby state in a mode where it is unnecessary to raise this supply voltage.
