SOLUTION: This device is provided with a transmitter 61 for transmitting oil filling state information of meters 10 disposed in the positions facing an oil filling area of a service station and service state information for service equipments disposed in the positions facing a service area as radio waves, and an information instrument 80 provided with the portability for receiving the oil filling state information to be transmitted from the transmitter 61 and sensing the state in compliance with the state information.
