A display panel 12 and an operating button part 13 are provided on the front of the case main body 11 of the portable terminal device. The case main body 11 is provided with an external antenna 15 and an internal antenna 16. The case main body 11 is provided internally with a report switch 17 in conjunction with the external antenna 15, and by pulling the external antenna 15 strongly to pull the external antenna 15 out of the case main body 11, the report switch 17 is operated to automatically notify a monitoring center, the police or the like. In such a case, a portion of the portable terminal device is structured to be damaged when the external antenna 15 is pulled out, and the portable terminal device can not be easily repaired without being taken to an outlet store or the like for repair.
