To provide a portable terminal and a menu screen display method allowing a user to intuitively recognize a plurality of menu screens of the portable terminal.
The portable terminal for displaying the menu screens includes: storage means for storing space information representing a virtual space in which a virtual camera and the menu screens are arranged; detection means for detecting moving amount of the portable terminal; control means for changing a visual field of the virtual camera by changing the space information based on the moving amount of the portable terminal detected by the detection means; and display means for displaying images representing the menu screens which are in the visual field of the virtual camera when some of the menu screens in the virtual space are in the visual field of the virtual camera.
