The foldable portable terminal with the projector has: a first housing having operation keys; a second housing having a main display screen; a hinge part which connects the first housing and the second housing; an angle detection means for detecting an open angle between the first housing and the second housing centering around the hinge part; and a light emission prohibition means for prohibiting light emission of the light source of the projector according to measure of the open angle.
