Abstract:
To prevent an alarm from ringing at an early hour even when it is raining in a case where the alarm is not required to ring earlier than a set time, e.g, a case where a user is already awake.
Atmospheric pressure in a circumference is measured by an atmospheric pressure sensor 21 when it is confirmed that a cellular phone 100 is being charged in a connection state to an external power source via an AC adaptor 102. When the weather is determined to be rainy at present based on the change of the measured atmospheric pressure, an alarm is allowed to ring earlier than a set time which is set by a user.
