To make efficient the assembling operation and reduce the cost by facilitating the work for a tensile rod 17 at the time of assembling to be inserted through a first 26 and a second long hole 28 formed in a first 35 and a second friction member 36.
The first 35 and second friction members 36 include each a plurality of first 37 and second friction plate parts 38 and are formed in a single piece construction in which one-side ends of the friction plate parts 37 and 38 in the longitudinal direction are continued by their folded-back parts 39. Between these friction plate parts 37's (38's), a friction plate part 38/(37) of another friction member is pinched. There is no risk that the friction plate parts 37 and 38 swing or rotate independently when the tensile rod 17 is inserted through the first 26 and second long holes 28. This facilitates the inserting operation of the tensile rod 17.
