Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the allowance at a glance of responsiveness or stability, and to easily attain adjustment by superimposing white noise on a speed command value in the state such that a mechanic system is connected with a position controller, calculating a transfer function from the speed command value and a speed detection value, and displaying a board diagram. SOLUTION: A white noise generating means 21 receives a white noise generation signal S21 from a host controller, and outputs a white noise signal S22 corresponding to amplitude data S20 for limiting the maximum amplitude value of the white noise. An adder 26 adds a command 22 to a speed command S5 and obtains a new speed command S5'. This new command S5' and a speed S3 outputted from a speed-calculating part 5 are stored in memories 22 and 23 successively according to time. In this case, a transfer function calculating means 24 calculates a transfer function, according to a prescribed expression from the speed command stored in the memory, and a displaying means 25 displays the transfer function as a board diagram. This board diagram indicates the closed loop characteristics of speed control including a movable part, so that grasping of the allowance of a gain is facilitated.
