Abstract:
To solve a problem that an abnormality in a position sensor cannot be detected.SOLUTION: A position sensor of the present invention includes a magnet 10 moving along with a movable body 1, a magnetic sensor 21 which detects a magnetic flux generated from the magnet 10, and detection means 25 which detects an abnormality of the magnetic sensor 21 on the basis of a detection value of the magnetic sensor 21. The magnetic sensor 21 is set to detect a detection value taking a value on a trajectory which is previously set according to the position of the movable body 1. The trajectory is set so that a change rate of the detection value according to the change of the position of the movable body varies for each of a plurality of sections set in a movable range of the movable body 1. The detection means 25 detects the abnormality of the magnetic sensor 21 on the basis of a relation between the detection value and a comparison value being a value corresponding to the trajectory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
