Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioner capable of stably controlling an adjustment valve even under an environment of large vibration.SOLUTION: A positioner 1 has a displacement amount detector 11 detecting a displacement amount of a valve shaft of an adjustment valve and outputting a pair of detection signals, a multilayer substrate 15 to which the pair of detection signals are transmitted, a circuit board provided with an electronic circuit 12 creating a control signal for controlling a valve opening of the adjustment valve on the basis of the pair of detection signals input through the multilayer substrate, and a housing 10 accommodating at least the multilayer substrate and the circuit board. The multilayer substrate has a first wiring layer L1 on which a first wiring pattern is formed, and a second wiring layer L2 on which the pair of signal wiring are formed, and which is disposed on the first wiring layer through an interlayer insulation film. The first wiring pattern is electrically connected to the housing, and is formed in a state of overlapping to the pair of signal wirings formed on the second wiring layer in a plane view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
