PURPOSE: To achieve a prevention of coating a keep member with an adhesive and a holding of the outer circumference part of smaller parts accurately in the positioning adhesion of the smaller parts of a video head mounting apparatus or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A clamp pawl 8, a first keep member 12 and a second keep member 16 are arranged integral on a frame 3. The first member 12 is retained upward with a retaining piece 11b provided on upper and lower actuators 11 fixed on the frame 3 and energized downward with a compression spring 15 to limit a downward moving value thereof with a stopper 14. The second member 16 is movable vertically with respect to the upper and lower actuators 11 and energized downward with a compression spring 17. The frame 3 is mounted on a stage 4. A video head 10 is clamped with the pawl 8, moved to an adhering position (s) on a rotary drum and adjusted in position with a microscope 5. Thereafter, an actuator shaft 11a is lowered, an outer circumference part of the head is held with the member 12 and the clamp pawl 8 is opened to lift the frame 3. Thus, the central part alone is bonded being held with the member 16.
