Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the dangerousness of collision by controlling the moving speed of an object by a speed control means so as to be dropped less than a fixed speed when the object is positioned on the outside of a position control range. CONSTITUTION:The positioning device is provided with a position detecting means for detecting the position of the object, deciding means 13, 14 for deciding whether the detected position is included in the position control range or not and speed control means 21-1, 22-2 for allowing the movement of the object at a variable moving speed when the deciding results of deciding means 13, 14 are allowable decision or restricting the moving speed of the object so as to be decelerated less than a previously determined fixed speed when the decided results are denying decision. When the object is moved on the outside of the position control range, the moving speed of the object does not exceed the fixed speed. Consequently, the probability of the collision of the object can be reduced and operator's operation can be made easy.
