PURPOSE: To enable a large capacity heating and enhance resistivity against vibration and shock by uniting respective adjacent ends of radiation fin fixed on a heating body by means of first and second fixtures, together with the purposed reinforcing the radiation fins, and strongly connecting them together.
CONSTITUTION: Positive heating bodies 6 and 6a consists of a positive characteristic thermistor 1, radiation fins 2 and 2a, an electrode piece 4, and connecting pieces 5; connecting pieces 5 are superimposed one by one, and a bonding plate 13 and a seat plate 14 are provided above and below, respectively. Next, a screw 7 is penetrated via through holes 13a and 5a, followed by fastening with a screw holes 14a, so that folded side part 13b contacts so as to press down external surfaces of the fins 2 and 2a. By the above constitution, the heating bodies 6 and 6a are securely fixed, so that connecting pieces 5 are unlikely to be bent even if external forces are applied vertically, or fore and aft. When a power supply 3 is energized, electric current flows from the fin 2a to the thermistor 1, resulting in heat generation, via the fin 2 and the connecting pieces 5. Thereby, a large quantity of heat generation becomes possible, to be resistive against vibration and shock, and the replacement of the thermistor 1 and fins 2 and 2a can be facilitated.
