Abstract:
To decrease a size of two directions of three directions orthogonal to each other in a positive displacement flow detector.SOLUTION: A motion conversion mechanism is disposed in a center between four cylinders 11 which are formed in a main block 1 such as to be arranged in a circumferential direction of a circle, with an axial direction being a vertical direction, and is provided with a shaft 72 extending upwardly from the main block 1. Each cylinder 11 has a piston 8 inserted therein, the piston 8 being connected to the motion conversion mechanism by a connecting rod 9 such that each piston 8 differs in phase by π/2 from one to the next in sequence in which to be circumferentially arranged. The motion conversion mechanism converts linear reciprocating motion of the piston 8 connected by the connecting rod 9 to rotational motion of the shaft 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
