Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively-charged toner and a two-component developer that can reduce both fogging due to supply of toner and fogging after being left standing in image formation.SOLUTION: A positively-charged toner includes a plurality of toner particles each including a toner base particle and an external additive attached to the surface of the toner base particle. The external additive contains powder of a coated particle 13 including an inorganic particle 131 and a coating layer 132 that coats the inorganic particle 131. The coating layer 132 contains a copolymer of two or more types of vinyl compounds containing at least a compound represented by the following formula (1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
