To provide a pouch for a microwave oven capable of both securing a sufficient steam release property and suppressing content leakage.SOLUTION: A pouch for microwave oven 10 has a steam releasing mechanism 40 which has a steam releasing seal part 43 formed of heat-sealing a first film 41 and a second film 42, a flap piece 41b partitioned by a slit 41a formed in the first film 41 in a steam opening part 44, and steam releasing holes 42a formed in the second film 42 in the steam opening part 44 so that at least a part thereof overlaps the flap piece 41b in a front-back direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
