The casing includes a glass window portion 40 at least partially installed. An inner surface 41 of the window portion 40 is at least partially a roughened uneven surface. This reduces a contact area between the inner surface 41 of the window portion 40 and the powder and grain 9. Thus, charging adhesion of the powder and grain 9 to the inner surface 41 of the window portion 40 is suppressed.
