Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder-liquid mixing dispersion system and a blending liquid generated by the powder-liquid mixing dispersion system, easy in its quality control, for generating a uniform and homogeneous blending liquid by agitation-mixing of powder, liquid or gas.SOLUTION: A powder-liquid mixing dispersion system 1 comprises a PQ mixer 2 for generating slurry 6 by mixing the powder and the liquid introduced into a hopper 9, a pump 3 for sending out the slurry 6, a curl mixer 4 for generating a powder-liquid dispersion object 7 by dispersing it and a vibromixer 5a for generating a blending liquid 8 by mixing while agitating it, comprises the PQ mixer 2 for generating the slurry 6 by continuously processing those or mixing the powder and the liquid introduced into the hopper 9, the pump 3 for sending out it and a vibromixer 5b for generating the blending liquid 8 by mixing while agitating by generating the powder-liquid dispersion object 7 by dispersing it, and continuously processes those.
