Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder magnetic core which suppresses heat generation incident to phase transformation of soft magnetic powder.SOLUTION: A powder magnetic core contains amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder, and an additive having at least one endothermic peak in a range of the first crystallization start temperature -50°C or more of the amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder, and less than a second crystallization start temperature. The amount of the additive is 0.05-0.6 wt% of the amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder. The additive is a fatty acid salt, and the fatty acid salt is a stearate, more preferably lithium stearate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
