Abstract:
To facilitate manufacture of a punch and to attain cost reduction as a whole.
A punch B is separately formed of a molding part 1 and a holder part 2 for holding the molding part 1 and the molding part 1 of a lower punch B is formed by finishing a quenched raw material by wire cut machining. A fitting hole 21 for fitting the molding part 1 is provided at a central part of the holder part 2 and the fitting hole 21 is also formed by finishing by the wire cut machining. After the molding part 1 is fitted into the fitting hole 21 of the holder part 2, the hole part 2 and the molding part 1 are integrally joined by argon welding to form the punch B.
