Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder particle dispersed resin material for thermoelectric conversion, having a simple structure, capable of being produced at low cost, and having a high degree of freedom in a mode of use, and a thermoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion element 10 of the present invention includes a first electrode 11, a second electrode 12, and a powder particle dispersed resin material 13 interposed between the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 12. The powder particle dispersed resin material 13 includes fine particles of at least one or more metal oxides selected from among AlO, SiO, SnO, ZnO, MgO, InO, and ITO, the fine particles being dispersed in an insulating resin base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
