Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a powder supplying device to supply powder with high accuracy by making the device to discharge the powder little by little by preventing the agglomeration of the powder as much as possible.
CONSTITUTION: A feeder tube 11 is extended forward from the front end of a screw 12 and a first scattering arm 13 is fitted to the shaft 14 of the screw 12 in the tube 11 ahead of the front end of the screw 12. A discoid member 21 which enters and comes out of the powder discharge port of the tube 11 is provided and a gap is formed in the port of the tube 11 between the member 21 and the inner peripheral surface of the tube 11. A second scattering arm 22 which can be rotated separately from the shaft 14 is provided adjacently to the member 21. When powder is discharged from the tube 11 at a small flow rate, the powder pushed out by the screw 12 is further scattered by the second arm 22 after the powder was once scattered by the first arm 13. The powder scattered by the second arm 22 flows out through the gap between the member 21 and inner peripheral surface of the tube 11 by the fluidity of the powder itself at the time of being scattered.
