To provide a power conversion device whose common mode component caused by the other floating capacity is effectively reduced even if a floating capacity between neutral points and earthing lines of switching arms does not serve as a main passage of a high-frequency leak current.
The power conversion device is constituted in such a manner that switching arms in which two arms are connected in series are connected in parallel in a plurality of rows with one or more switching elements as one arm, and an AC power supply is connected between middle points of the switching arms in at least two rows. A control circuit having a switching arm whose impedance connected to the middle point is relatively small among the switching arms in the plurality of rows, and controlling the switching arm is connected via an insulated circuit.
