Abstract:
To provide a power conversion device that allows reducing electromagnetic noise and motor loss and suppressing an increase in cost and an increase in noise while maintaining the reliability to thermal destruction.
A power conversion device is configured to have a voltage-type bridge circuit 22 of an upper and lower arm configuration including a series connection of a first element pair in which a switching element 3a made from SiC and a reflux diode 2a made from Si are connected in reverse-parallel and a second element pair in which a switching element 1b made from Si and a reflux diode 4b made from SiC are connected in reverse-parallel.
