Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that enables a stable operation of a load over a wide voltage operation range while suppressing a sudden change and a pulsation in an inverter output current.SOLUTION: A gate pulse signal is output over one cycle of an AC voltage output command, such that in a period X1 centered on a phase angle θ1 providing an upper potential, the gate pulse signal is fixed so as to continuously output a DC input positive side terminal voltage value of an inverter circuit, in a period X2 centered on a phase angle θ2 providing a lower potential, the gate pulse signal is fixed so as to continuously output a DC input negative side terminal voltage value of the inverter circuit, and a ratio of the period X1 to a period Y1 that is a period between the phase angle θ1 and the phase angle θ2 minus the periods X1, X2, and a ratio of the period X2 to a period Y2 that is a period between the phase angle θ2 and a phase angle θ1+360[deg] minus the periods X1, X2 are set on the basis of a modulation factor command or an AC voltage output amplitude command value.
